Estaba previsto que se presentara “Historia de mis muertos” el día 15 de febrero en la Biblioteca Eugenio Trías, dentro del parque del Retiro madrileño. El día 14 de febrero hubo rachas de viento de hasta 76 km/h, por lo que el parque estuvo cerrado. El día 15 amaneció tranquilo y soleado, y parecía que abrirían a mediodía, pero no fue así. Un buen grupo de gente se reunió en la entrada cercana a la Biblioteca. Hubo saludos, aperitivo, el editor entregó el libro a los presentes y nos fuimos a comer.
Esta es la grabación del discurso “Sobre libros no hay nada escrito” que tenía preparado para esa ocasión. Era muy específico para ese día, ese lugar, esos invitados y ese acto, así que lo presento aquí como documento informativo, sin otra pretensión que agradecer a quienes asistieron.

The presentation of ‘Historia de mis muertos’ was scheduled for 15 February at the Eugenio Trías Library in Madrid’s Retiro Park. On 14 February, gusts of wind reached up to 76 km/h, so the park was closed. The 15th dawned calm and sunny, and it looked like they would open mid-morning, but that was not the case. A good group of people gathered at the entrance near the Library. There were greetings, refreshments, the publisher handed out the book to those present, and we went to lunch.
This is the recording of the speech ‘Nothing is written about books’ that I had prepared for the occasion. It was very specific to that day, that place, those guests and that event, so I present it here as an informative document with no other intention than to thank those who attended.
